Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns exclusively for defective products.
- Defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for return.

- Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product to report the defect and initiate the return process.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the return package.

- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for defects.

- Replacements will be made similar to the original product purchased.
