  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • We accept returns exclusively for defective products.
    • Defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for return.
    • The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  2. Return Process

    • Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product to report the defect and initiate the return process.
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
    • Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the return package.
  3. Inspection and Refunds

    • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for defects.
    • If the product is found to be defective, we will process your replacement within 2-3 business days.
    • Replacements will be made similar to the original product purchased.
  4. Shipping Costs

    • For defective products, Favre & Kuria will cover the return shipping costs.
    • Please retain the shipping receipt and provide it to our customer service team for reimbursement.
  5. Exchanges

    • We do not accept exchanges. If you receive a defective product, you may return it for a replacement item.
  6. Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
    • Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
